How to Play

  1. Players take turns drawing a question (tap the button) and choosing a target.
  2. The target either answers truthfully or takes a drink. No third option, no half-answers.
  3. Group can challenge a suspicious answer once per round — if the group votes “lie”, the answer costs a drink anyway.

Draw a question, pick a target, and they choose: answer honestly or take a drink. The drink is the price of privacy. Add the group lie-challenge rule — a busted lie costs a drink anyway — to keep answers honest.

Can you play truth or drink without alcohol?

Absolutely — swap sips for forfeits: 10 squats, an embarrassing story of the group’s choosing, or letting the group set your profile picture for 24 hours. The mechanic just needs a price, not a proof.

What’s the difference between truth or drink and truth or dare?
